30th Annual Tejano Conjunto Festival in San Antonio, TX — May, 2011

The 30th Annual Conjunto Festival in San Antonio is coming up next month. This festival is an awesome opportunity to see new and legendary Conjunto groups perform. You also get to dance, eat great food and check out the local scene. I first attended the festival in 1998 and have been attending every year since. If you get a chance to check it out, you’ll be in for quite an experience. This year’s line up includes Oskar Hernández, Joel Gúzman, Mingo Saldivar, Los Dos Gilbertos, Jaime Y Los Chamacos, Los Texmaniacs and many more. Scroll down for the full schedule and link to purchase tickets.
